Hello friends!!!
I have not been posting lately but I have been creating. I haven't been in the mood to blog as of late as the state of the world is just so depressing to me.
That said, I am popping in with some cards for some challenges. My first card I created using the Freshly Made Sketches #706 and this week's Just Add Ink #772, which is a color challenge, as inspiration. Am I the only weird one that goes back and looks at old sketches when I need an idea?
I used Prima Marketing "Bewitched" Paper Pad, chipboard stickers and Ephemera for this card. The moon was created with Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Moon Mask stencil.
Below are the badges I used for my inspiration. The colors that inspired me from the Just Add Ink are the purple, brown, gray and the orange leaves on the broom.
My next card I created I used three challenges as my inspiration- Freshly Made Sketches #709, Just Us Girls Challenge #798 and the Tic Tac Toe Challenge #282.
Like I stated above, I ink smooshed, then used TWO stencils on my background-a polka dot and the Grime Stencil from Tim Holtz. I then ran the white panel through my Platinum with the Honey Bee Burlap Embossing Folder-my absolute FAVORITE!!! The sentiment is from Waffle Flower Crafts.

ReplyDeleteWonderful array of cards, Nora. The soft stenciling on the card for our challenge looks fabulous with the burlap embossing. It keeps it from clashing with the focal image. Thanks for sharing with us at Just Us Girls.
