CAS-ual Fridays Sneak Peek-"Dream Then Do" Stamp Set

Hello blog friends!! Are you as excited for today's CAS-ual Fridays sneak peek? The design team is showing projects made with the new products that will be available on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at CAS-ual Fridays Stamps.

Without further ado, here is the sneak peek of the new "Dream Then Do" stamp set.


Isn't this set fabulous? I LOVE the sentiments and the fonts used for this!!

For my first card, I chose to make the focus on the sentiment.


I started the card by "smooshing" Twisted Citron and Cracked Pistachio Distress ink on the front of a piece of watercolor paper. I then dried it with my heat gun and adhered it to the front of a 4 1/4" by 5 1/2" card base. Next I adhered an aqua card stock circle onto the front.


I stamped the sentiment from "Dream Then Do" stamp set onto white card stock using aqua dye ink. I mounted it on top of a piece of Basic Grey patterned paper using foam adhesive. I then randomly adhered sequins that matched the paper to the card front to draw your eye through the card.

For my second card, I combined the "Dream Then Do" stamp set with the "Pretty Posies" stamp set that was introduced in my post yesterday.


I randomly stamped the flowers from the "Pretty Posies" stamp set onto a piece of white card stock and colored them in with Copic markers. I then cut the white card into a 4" by 5 1/4" panel and adhered it onto a red card base.


Next I stamped the sentiment from "Dream Then Do" in black onto a piece of patterned paper. I adhered it to the front of the card using foam adhesive. I then took gold hearts that I had die cut using the "Fun-Fetti Fri-Dies" and adhered them to the front around the flowers.

    One of my fave Winston Churchil quotes, Nora ... so beautifully showcased amid your cascade of gorgeous blooms! Love the delicate blue/green smooshed background ... soft and dreamy and perfect with the sentiment! Hugs, Anita :)
