CAS-ual Fridays Sneak Peek Chanukah

It is Saturday here on the blog and I am posting my LAST sneak peek for CAS-ual Fridays Stamps. Today were are celebrating "Chanukah" on the blog.

This stamp set and all the other stamp sets posted this week go LIVE in the CAS-ual Fridays Stamp Store TODAY!!!

I created a simple card combining an old CAS-ual Fridays Stamps stamp set-"Star of David" and the new "Chanukah" stamp set.

I started off by stamping and heat embossing in gold a star from the "Star of David" set onto a white, A2 card base.

I then heat embossed "Happy Chanukah" from the new "Chanukah" stamp set in gold on three strips of card stock. I adhered them over the star using foam adhesive.

My last step was to adhere some random gold sequins around the sentiment strips.

This was SO SIMPLE and could be made easily in bulk. You wouldn't think for such a simple card that I would have gotten injured, would you? This was my second attempt at stamping the star on this card. The original one I put my hand in HOT embossing powder. It did not feel nice!!!

Want to see some more fun projects with this set? Hop on over to CAS-ual Fridays Stamps Blog. Don't forget to comment on the company blog by Saturday, October 21st to be entered into a drawing for a random chance to win a gift certificate at the CAS-ual Fridays Stamps Store.

CAS-ual Fridays Stamps has some fun things going on this month. It is their 5th birthday celebration and a bunch of birthday stamps are on sale over at the store. Use my code nora2017 to get an extra 15% off your total order!!
