Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #350

It is time for another Cupcake Inspiration Challenge!!! This week the theme is HALLOWEEN!!!

I created a little wall hanging I sent out to my niece.

Below is the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge Badge for #350.

I did not use the monsters as my inspiration but rather the colors of orange, purple and black for my creation.

I bought the little frame at Michael's. I painted it with white and die cut  piece of OLD Basic Grey paper in a hexagon for the inside. I used a combination of dies from Sugar Peas Designs (cauldron) an Sizzix (witches legs). The sentiment is from Impression Obsession.

If I had to make this again, I probably would have painted the outside a darker color but I was in a rush to get this done to send out. I need to start my projects earlier!!!

Well, that is all from me today. Please hop on over to the Cupcake Inspiration Challenge and play with us this week!! We are also teaming up with the Double Trouble Challenges this time. Please put your cards with the following rules:

I want to thank you for taking the time to stop by today. Have a FABULOUS day!!

  5. Enchantingly charming project. I bet your niece is going to adore this wonderful wall hanging.

Love seeing BG papers used in 2021. They were such a fantastic mainstay brand for numerous years and it still feels strange at times that they're not a part of the paper crafting industry anymore.

  6. Nora, what a fun framed project to send to your niece! I think the Basic Grey background paper is perfect for the theme. Don't you love it when you can justify keeping a stash of supplies when a perfect paper presents itself from years back? Using the metal buckles on the shoes is a perfect embellishment for your creation, too! Thank you for sharing your creative talents with us at Double Trouble, and partnering for this fun Halloween challenge!!! -Donna
