Christmas Cards I Created for Some Challenges

Hey Friends!!

I am just popping in today with some Christmas Cards that I created. I attempting to create ALL of my cards this year. I have a few more to make but need to start addressing what I have created so far to gage how many more I have to make.

My first card I created I had FUN using die cuts from some Spellbinder's Paper Arts dies.

I started off using the Holly and Foliage embossing folder from Spellbinders. I added gold foliage and the poinsettia that I die cut using the Holiday Blooms set.

I added a bell that was cut using the Christmas Wonder die set. The gold frame was in my stash and I used an old Altenew frame set. Soe

I am entering this into a challenge. The first challenge is CAS on Friday Challenge #217-Christmas. This is MY VERSION of a CAS!!! I meant to enter this into this week's Color Hues Challenge but didn't get upload it in time.

My next card I created for the Sisterhood of Crafter's "Sweater Weather" Challenge. I used a sweater pattern embossing folder for my background!!! The one I used is sold out but here is a link to a cute one from Tim Holtz. This Holiday Knit folder is on my wish list!!

The "Joy" was die cut from an old die by The Stamp Market. I used dies from the Lawn Fawn Woodland Critter Huggers Add On set for the gingerbread, present and holly. I did a ton of die cutting ahead of time and then shaded the die cuts in with Copic Markers.

I die cut the greenery from green paper and used my Spellbinders Christmas Blooms die set. The sentiment I stamped using Hello Bluebird's Typed Christmas Stamp Set. (this is one of my favorite Christmas sentiment sets!!

My next Christmas Card was inspired by the Inkspirational Challenge #303-Seasonal and Double D's Challenge-Stripes or Dots

Once again, I used a TON of dies as the focus of my card.

For the "lemons" I used a die from The Greetery. I know, I know, lemons do not shout Christmas BUT the orange color just didn't gel with the red!!!

I used Honey Bee Stamps Lovely Layers: Winter Greenery for my foliage. This is a new purchase for me as I have been eyeing this set for the last year!!!

The candy cane was die cut using Spellbinders Christmas Bird Poinsettia Die Set. I LOVE that it is so large!!! This was another new purchase I made this fall!!!

My last card I am entering into the Retro Rubber Challenge #220. It is a tic, tac, toe badge and I used the middle row of "die cut or punch, pattern paper and and embossing" on my card.

Once again, I used my Spellbinders Holly and Foliage Embossing Folder as the background of my card. I have to admit that I am kind of addicted to this folder. I have used it on a TON of cards I created this fall.

The ornament and holly is from Spellbinders Christmas Wonder Die Set. Once again I used dies from The Stamp Market, along with some pattern paper for the "JOY" sentiment.

The stamped sentiment is from an old "Tis the Season" stamp set from Hello Bluebird. I embossed it in white on Metallic Gold Cardstock from Lawn Fawn. I have never done this before and it was FUN!!! It came out way better than I thought it would.

The last card I am posting was inspired by some challenges over at a private FB challenge group that I belong to.

This is so simple but I think it is my FAVORITE card that I have created!!!

I used pattern paper from the 49 and Market "Christmas Spectacular" collection. I added foliage and the pine cone from the Spellbinders Christmas Blooms set, the poinsettia from Christmas Wonder and the sentiment is from the Gnome Drive By Stamp Set.

Well, that is ALL from me today. Sorry that I bombarded you with photos!! I have been immersed in Christmas and enjoying die cutting, as you can tell from my cards. Here is a little plug too!!! Spellbinders Paper Arts is having a FABULOUS sale right now on many products-including a bunch from my cards. Pop on over and load up. I cannot tell you how much I have spent!!!

Thank you for taking the time to stop by. Have a FABULOUS night!!
