Christmas in July

 Hello Crafty Friends!!!

I am just popping in with a card that I created for a few challenges. It is all about Christmas in July!!!


I started off my card by embossing a white cardstock panel with the Holly and Foliage embossing folder by Spellbinders.


I used pieces of the rainbow from the Pinkfresh Studio's Elevated Rainbows die for the red pieces on my card. I accented it with a poinsettia die cut from the Spellbinders Christmas Wreath Add On set.


The joy is from a limited addition stamp/die set from Concord & 9th. The gems are Ruby Glitter Drops from Pinkfresh Studio.

I am joining in the following challenges with this card: Jingle Belles-Poinsettia Perfection, CAS on Friday-Christmas in July, Color Hues Challenge-Red and White, and Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge-Emboss It.

    What a beautiful embossing folder, and a gorgeous card! I'm fascinated with the way you used a piece of the Elevated Rainbow for your design. Brilliant! I'll be looking at that die with new eyes now. Thanks for sharing with us at Color Hues!

    Nora I love how you made that super fun candy cane!! I also love the embossing and the perfect pinsettia to top it off. So glad you have another Christmas card for your stash. Thank you so much for sharing with us at the Color Hues!

    Nora, you've created such a festive card in red and white! The background is fantastic with all the beautiful images and the poinsettia is equally lovely. Clever you, using a rainbow die to create a candy cane. Love that! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Color Hues!
