I am posting another card I created for World Card Making Day 2014. It was another Winnie and Walter Challenge. This challenge was to create a card using the sketch as a guideline. Here is the card I created:
Can I say that this is my favorite card from Saturday? I used Paper Trey Ink "Snowflake Medley" set and "Big Bang Bling" from Winnie and Walter for the stamping on this card.
This was the basic sketch that we had to follow:
Instead of circles, I inserted snowflakes. I also left out two of the tiny circle on the left side, using a sequin as the third. I cannot tell you how happy this card makes me.
I chose the blue colors and snowflakes because I am planning on sending this to one of my friends who does not celebrate Christmas but Hanukkah. I also think I am going to make some thank you cards with this design. However, I need to find a good stamp that says "thanks snow much." I have one but it isn't right for how I want to use it. Don't you think these would be cute for after the holiday?
The paper peeking out from the curve I stamped with the two stamp sets. I LOVE how it came out. I know, I have said that before but this REALLY is one of my favorites that I have created in a long, long time.
That is all for now. Thank you for stopping by!! Have a great night!!
