Week #2 of the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #619

 Hey Crafty Friends!!

There is still time to join the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #619. Challenge #619 is a COLOR challenge-PEACH and RED.

I created my card with some digital images from our sponsor this round-Polka Doodles.

Polka Doodles generously donated a gnome image for the Design Team to use and I decided to alter the image by deleting the gnome and focusing on the flowers.

I blew them up and created a half border around the card. Digital stamps are perfect for doing techniques like these.

I colored in the flowers with Copic Markers and layered it over an A2, Kraft card base with an embossed background.

I stamped the sentiment from Altenew with black ink and embossed it with clear embossing powder. I then used Glossy Accents inside the flower centers. The red gems were the finishing touch.

There is a NEW Challenge over at Cupcake Inspirations Challenge

 Hey Friends!

Today I am popping in with a card for the NEW round of the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge!!! Challenge #619 is a COLOR challenge. Create a project using the colors  PEACH and RED.

We have a sponsor this round-Polka Doodles! They generously donated the image I used for my card.

Isn't this gnome adorable? I had to mix some of my Copic's to make a "peach" color for the flowers.

This gnome was so fun to color in. I have been using a ton of die cuts and ink blending on my cards so coloring with my Copic Markers was just relaxing.

I die cut my gnome with the Essential Arch Dies from Spellbinders. The sentiment is from my stash. I am sorry that I cannot remember who it is made by.

Hello Friends!!

I am popping in to remind you that there is still time to play with Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #561!! This challenge is all about POLKA DOTS!!!

Once again, I used an image from our sponsor, Polka Doodles. Once again, I used the Too Cute Turtle.

When I was placing the digital image, I purposely tilted it. I also mirrored it from the original. That is what is so fun about digital images!! Below is the is the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge Badge for #561.

Once again I used the internet for my turtle's colors. I used a stencil for the polka dots and a Mama Elephant sentiment.

He is kind of unusual but I LOVE how he came out!!!

A NEW Cupcake Inspirations Challenge!!

Hello friends!! 

I am popping in today with the NEW Cupcake Inspiration Challenge #561. This week it is all about POLKA DOTS.

I used a stencil for my polka dots and the image is from this challenge's sponsor, Polka Doodles! It is the Too Cute Turtle.

I could have colored the little turtle in red to be whimsical but instead I googled turtles and used Copic markers in realistic colors. 

My favorite is his shell!!! The sentiment is from Mama Elephant.
