Simon Says Stamp! Stamptember with Memory Box

Happy Stamptember Crafty Friends!

Today I am popping in with THREE projects I created with the Memory Box collaboration with Simon Says Stamp! If this is your first Stamptember, companies create EXCLUSIVE products with Simon Says Stamp! and when they are sold out, they are GONE!!

For my first card, I used the Memory Box Stay Cozy stamp set to stamp and emboss white snowflakes on an A2, white card front. I then used three colors of Distress Ink to ink blend the bottom half of my card.

Next I stamped the penguin, the deer, the present and the ornament from the stamp set on white cardstock. I colored them in using Copic Markers and used the matching Stay Cozy Dies to cut the images out.

I adhered them over a white oval, using foam adhesive to pop up certain card elements.

I stamped a sentiment from the Stay Cozy set in Versamark ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I used foam adhesive to pop it up below my little critters. I finished off my card with using some Diamond Stickles on the fur of hats, a clear sparkle pen over the top of the scarves and adhering some clear gems randomly around my animals.

On my second project, I stamped the snowman, the ornament and the present from the Stay Cozy set onto white cardstock and colored the images in with Copic markers. I used some Diamond Stickles on the fur of the hat and white gel pen for accents on the scarf, ornament and present. I used the matching dies to cut them out and adhered them to a circle die cut.

I stamped and heat embossed a sentiment on black cardstock and cut it out. I adhered it below the snowman using foam adhesive.

I then dug through my scraps to find pattern paper that would match some of the colors from my snowman. I adhered the papers to create a border on the left of an A2, top folding, white card front. I also used foam adhesive to adhere my snowman focal point.

I wanted some embellishments around my the circle and the snowflake stamps from the Stay Cozy set were the perfect accent!! I stamped and heat embossed them in white. I used Simon Says Stamp! Pawsitively Saturated Sprout ink over the top and adhered the flakes around the snowman. I added two gems and my card was done.

For my last project, I created a tag.

I stamped, die cut and colored in my Stay Cozy images. I adhered my little deer over the top of a distressed tag.

I tied a red ribbon at the top with some twine that matched the colors I used on my critter. My last step was to adhere some gems randomly around the deer.

This set was SO FUN to use and the images are just adorable. Hop on over to Simon Says Stamp! to get the Stay Cozy set from Memory Box while supplies last.

That is all from me today. Thank you for taking the time to stop by. Have a FABULOUS day!!

Simon Says Stamp! Stamptember Strike Up the Fun Day 3

Hello Crafty Friends!

It is DAY THREE of Stamptember over at Simon Says Stamp! I am posting my last card I created using the Strike Up the Fun stamp set. This card is my favorite of all the cards I made with this stamp set.

I started off the card by stamping and coloring in a cupcake from the stamp set. I cut it out and set it aside as I wasn't sure what I wanted to  use for my background. I was playing around with the Simon Says Stamp! Nested Domed Arches Frames that I had used to cut colored cardstock that would coordinate with my cupcake. I started layering the different sized frames and the frame negatives on my desk for fun. I decided that I would use them to make a pattern on my white card base.

Once all the arches were adhered the way I wanted, I needed something plain to make my cupcake stand out. I die cut a square and glued it to the card front on a diagonal.

I stamped the sentiment, use foam adhesive to make the cupcake POP, randomly adhered some yellow sequins from my stash around the cupcake and my card was done. I LOVE how it came out.

That is all from me today. Please hop on over to Simon Says Stamp! to see what the stamp of the day is today and to see the Stamptember release of SSS products. I thank you for taking the time to stop by. Have a FABULOUS day!!

Stamptember with Simon Says Stamp! Strike Up the Fun!!!

Happy Stamptember Day Two Crafty Friends!!

I am popping in today with two additional projects that I created using the new Simon Says Stamp! Strike Up the Fun stamp set.

For my first card, I started off by stamping a teal piece of cardstock with some of the small images in the Strike Up the Fun stamp set. I distressed the edges of the cardstock and adhered it to an A2, top folding, white card base.

I then stamped three different cupcakes from the set, using a mask to cluster the images together, and colored my cakes in with Copic Markers. I cut them out and used foam adhesive to adhere the cupcakes onto my card front to give them some dimension. I put some festive "sprinkles" on the top of each using a combination of Stickles and Nuvo Drops.

I stamped a sentiment from the Strike Up the Fun stamp set and cut it into a rectangle. I dragged a black ink pad along the edges so the sentiment would pop off the card. My last step was to adhere some teal sprinkles randomly across the card.

My second card is a simple card. I decided to use only one cupcake on the card and use a repeated sentiment for a different look.

I used the Simon Says Stamp! Shimmering Starfall embossing folder on white cardstock and ink blended Morning Pawsitively Saturated Ink over the top for my blue panel.

I wanted the cupcake to be the star of the show so the background is a light pink A2, top folding card base.

Simon Says Stamp Moonflower sequins were randomly adhered to my card for the finishing touch.

To kick off Stamptember, I have a code for my crafty friends to use to get something free with purchase with your Simon Says Stamp order!! Who doesn't love something free?

That is all from me today. I want to thank you for taking the time to stop by. Have a FABULOUS day!!

STAMPTEMBER with the Simon Says Stamp! Strike Up the Fun

Happy Stamptember Crafty Friends!!

I am so excited to be included in this years September celebration with Simon Says Stamp! I was generously given the Simon Says Stamp! stamp set Strike Up the Fun stamp set to use and today I am showcasing three cards I created using this set.

For my first card, I started off by embossing a piece of white cardstock with the Simon Says Stamp! Shimmering Starfall embossing folder. I adhered my embossed panel to an A2, white card front.

I then die cut three arches using the  Simon Says Stamp! Nested Domed Arches Frames from three different colors of cardstock. I used the negative portion of the arches and adhered them over the white card front.

Next, I stamped, colored and cut images from the Strike Up the Fun stamp set and used foam tape to pop them up on the card front. I stamped a sentiment from the same set and glued Simon Says Stamp Moonflower sequins across the arches to complete my card.

My next two cards are very similar. I used a cupcake and some of the smaller stamps from the Strike Up the Fun set to create a simple background. I cut the panel into two pieces-one being larger than the other. I adhered the larger panel onto a top folding, A2, white card base.

I adhered a smaller panel of white cardstock that had been embossed with Simon Says Stamp! Dotted Diamond embossing folder. I then glued a strip of silver cardstock to the front between the white and stamped paper.

I die cut my sentiment four times using the CZ Design for Simon Says Stamp! Let's Celebrate die. Three were die cut from white cardstock and one from metallic blue. I adhered all together and glued to the front of my card.

I stamped and cut out some candles from the Strike Up the Fun stamp set and used Stickles in blue and diamond to color in the image. I adhered it on my card front and randomly glued sequins around the sentiment.

My second card I created in a similar way but using small piece of stamped paper and the larger white, embossed cardstock as my background.

Instead of using a silver strip of paper, I adhered a scrap of pattern paper between the stamped and embossed paper.

I used the CZ Design sentiment die but colored in the last layer and covered it with a clear sparkle pen.

I stamped the cupcake and three sparklers and used Copic Markers to color the images in. I then cut the images out and adhered them to my card front. This was a super fun way to get more than one card using paper I stamped myself.

Below are both the cards side by side:

Always There Release at Simon Says Stamp!

Hello Friends!!!

Today I am popping in with a card for the Simon Says Stamp! "Always There" product release!!! They asked me to join them this month and sent me the "With Sympathy" stamp set to play with. I was so honored to be asked to be a part of this release.

I started off by stamping the branch image from the "With Sympathy" stamp set with Simon Says Stamp! Raindrop Pawsitively Saturated Ink. I have slowly been collecting all of their inks and this was the first time I used this color. It is so dramatic!!!

I then used white Jelly Roll pen to add some white detailing inside the stamped images. It looks so good with the dark green.

I adhered my stamped panel over an A2 card green card base which just happened to match the Raindrop ink. Sometimes being a hoarder pays off!!!

I added an embossed sentiment from "With Sympathy" and used a few jewels from the SSS Cool Tones Pawsitively Dazzling Gems set to finish my card off. I LOVE how this came out and will be duplicating this card in other colors for my stash.

Hop on over to Simon Says Stamp! to see more of the new release. There are a TON of great examples from the designers.

Thats all from me today. Thank you for taking the time to stop by. Have a FABULOUS day!!

A Tea-rrific Birthday

Hello my Friends!!

Today I am popping in with a card I created for some challenges. I had fun using Simon Says Stamp Best-Teas and the sentiment is from the SSS Tea-rrific Birthday set.

The layout was inspired by this week's Freshly Made Sketches #732, Seize the Birthday Challenge #324-Anything Goes and this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge-Bright and Cheerful.

I used Copic Markers to color in all my stamped images. The pattern paper was in my stash, border and all.

The white panel was embossed with the Linen embossing folder by Spellbinders.

I LOVE how this card came out and had so much fun putting it together.

That is all from me today. I want to thank you for taking the time to stop by today. Have a fabulous Sunday!!

An Encouragement Card and Thanks Card for Some Challenges

Hey Friends!!!

I am just popping in with two cards that I created using some challenges as inspiration.

My first card I used The Paper Players #774 Sketch that is on the blog this week as my inspiration.

I dug out my coveted Basic Grey paper for this card. I die cut the flowers using the Fresh Picked Anemones from Spellbinders.

The sentiment is from Kristina Werner for Concord & 9th Everything Will Be Okay Stamp/Die set.

I LOVE how this card came out. The inspiration sketch is below:

For my second card, I used the colors from the Color Hues Challenge Badge #TCH127.

I dug out the Friendship Leafy Cluster set from Simon Says Stamp! for the leaves and the sentiment.

I did a bit of ink blending with Ocean Breeze and Aquamarine dye ink from Pinkfresh as my teal color on the leaves. The peach on the leaves and the background is from Peachy Keen by Altenew.

I used the Altenew Arched Foliage embossing folder on white cardstock for the background. I cut a strip of peach at the top.

I finished the card off with some sequins that was in an old Spellbinders Advent Calendar. I was so bad at opening them when I bought them and completed opening THREE this weekend!

Well, that is all from me today. I thank you for taking the time to stop by. Have a FABULOUS day!!
