Happy Monday everyone!!
I am popping in with a project I created using some new products from the
CAS-ual Fridays Stamps April 2020 Release. I used the new
Jacks Stencil and
Jacks Chipboard to create a birthday card.
I started off my card by blending orange, green and yellow ink through the Jack's Stencil. I then used a die to cut down the panel into a square. I adhered the square to an A2 sized card base that I had done some orange ink blending on.
I masked off a sentiment using the previously released
Happy Birthday stamp set and stamped it onto a green strip of cardstock. I am a huge fan of masking because I often use only partial areas of sentiments and it is a way to stretch your stamps. I adhered the strip using foam adhesive over the stenciled square.
My last step was to adhere three pieces of glittered
Jacks Chipboard onto the front of the card. I had covered these pieces in orange, green and yellow Stickles, letting them dry completely before adding them. Adding glitter glue is another way to amp up the look of the chipboard.
