Paper Trey Ink Vintage Ornaments-Day 7 of Twelve Days of Christmas Fun

Happy Sunday!! Just a quick post as I am meeting my friend for brunch and then a little Christmas shopping. Today it is mostly for stocking stuffers so it will be FUN!! (Not that my actual Christmas shopping is done, but that is another story.)

The card I am posting today is one of my new favorites. It is using Paper Trey Ink's Vintage Ornament stamps and dies. I used Raspberry Fizz ink and paper for the "pop" of color. I jazzed it up with some silver sequins and sentiment, though the sentiment is a bit fuzzy. I think I need a different silver embossing powder.

This photo does not do the card justice because this is so pretty!!!

Here is a detail shot. See that fuzzy sentiment? It bugs me a bit but it isn't as bad IRL.

Hello everyone!! Welcome to day 7 of my 12 days of Christmas Fun!!

Today is just a quick post. I created a tag using Paper Trey Ink's Winter Snow Globe Set. I have a confession, though, I CASED the design from Dawn McVey, one of my favorite designers for PTI. She had this tag on a card with this design and I just copied it but didn't place it on a card!!

Since I cannot copy anything directly (it isn't in me) I changed it up using different papers and adding some sparkle to the snow globe. Isn't he cute?

Lawn Fawn Card-Day Five of Twelve Days of Christmas Fun

I cannot believe it is already December 5th!! Only twenty more days to Christmas shop. Putting that in writing just scared the pants off of me!!

Today I am going to show you a card I created using Lawn Fawn stamps. I mixed two stamp sets-Making Frosty Friends and Winter Sparrows to create this card. The background paper is from Bazzill's Halloween collection (I love paper that I can use after the holiday!!) and the black label is from My Mind's Eye.

Didn't it turn out cute? I especially love the embossing paste on the hat and along the base with the glitter. It really "makes" the card.

Day 4 of Christmas Fun…Yet Another Tag

Happy Hump Day!! I hope you are all having a great Wednesday morning. The work week is halfway over!!!

Are you sick of my Christmas tags yet? I hope not!! Here is another one I created.

I have to admit something on this tag. I had stamped and colored this little bear a couple years ago. I then never used it. I found it while cleaning up this weekend so I decided to use it. I cut it out and placed it on a stamped tag. This tag took no time at all because I already had the image. Note to self…stamp and color images ahead of time to use at a later date!!!
