A Couple of Fall Cards

 Hey Friends!!

I am enjoying some fall weather....FINALLY...and I created a couple of cards to celebrate my favorite time of year. I have had a ton of using some new to me supplies and some from my stash. It was fun to dig through my stuff and find things to use.

My first card was inspired by THREE challenges!!! Inspired By..#302, Tic Tac Toe Challenge #256 and TGIF Challenge #491

The colors and the leaf were inspired by the leaves in the challenge badge of the Inspired By... photo. I used the first column as inspiration on the Tic Tac Toe graphic-Fall/Embossing/Layers on this card and everyone knows that Fall is Sweater Weather!!!

I used a combination of Spellbinder's, Waffle Flower and MFT products on my card. Some were lying in my stash, some I created for this and my next card.

I also used the sketch from last week's Freshly Made Sketches Blog because I had wanted to use it last week and never got around to it.

My next card I could also enter into all three challenges but I would have to do another post and don't feel like it.

Once again, I used a combination of things from my stash-both old and new. The leaves were die cut last year but I never used them on a card. The gold flowers were laying around from a different project and they were used because the card just needed a little something, something when I was almost done.

I used a bunch of different companies on this card-Spellbinders, The Stamp Market, Waffle Flower, Ranger Distress Inks... This was such a fun card to create!

I just love using images that resemble "stamps" on cards.

That is all from me. I want to thank you for taking the time to stop by. Have a FABULOUS day!!

There is a New Challenge at Cupcake Inspirations Challenge

Hey Friends!!

I am just popping in with a card for the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #602. This round is a THEME challenge-Favorite Foods.

I used a bunch of Spellbinders products on this card. I had so much fun creating this card!!

Below is the badge for the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #602:

I had fun using ink blending and cardstock for the die cuts on my card.

I then adhered the die cuts over a dry embossed background and added some silverware that was die cut from mirrored cardstock.

This was a lot of fun creating my card. I LOVE all the ones I created using these dies.

Just a Reminder for the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #601

Hi Friends!!

I am popping in with another card for the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #601. This round is a THEME challenge-Buggy for Bugs.

Once again I used some products from They Greetery for my card.

The badge for Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #601 is below:

I started off by creating a background for my card using a combination of stamps, stencils and ink blending.

I used a cover die over the background and used die cut lilacs and stamped bell jar for my arrangement.

The butterfly is I used ink blending that matched the background. Once again, I LOVE how this card came out. It was a blast to make.

A New Challenge at Cupcake Inspirations Challenge-#601 Buggy For Bugs

Hey Friends!!!

I am just popping in with a card that I created for the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge. This round is a THEME challenge-Buggy for Bugs

I had fun creating my card using products that I got from The Greetery. Once again I am using stuff that I have had but have not used.

I created my lilacs using ink smooshing with Distress Ink and then die cutting them out.

Below is the inspiration badge for the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #601. I did NOT use primary colors or cutesy bugs but a more realistic looking dragonfly.

The background was die cut using a die from Pinkfresh Studio that I placed over a light purple, A2, top folding card.

The dragon fly was die cut and then I used ink blending over it. The sentiment is a stamp from The Greetery.

I have to say that I had so much fun making this card. I LOVE these flower dies.

Want to join us this round? Head on over to the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge Blog for more details on the challenge.

That is all from me today. Thank you for taking the time to stop by. Have a FABULOUS day!

There is Still Time to Play Over at Cupcake Inspirations Challenges-Challenge #600

Hello Friends!

I am popping in with a reminder for Challenge #600 over at Cupcake Inspirations Challenge BlogChallenge #600 is a MILESTONE. The THEME of this round is HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Instead of the challenge running for two weeks, this challenge will run for the whole month of August. There are a TON of prizes, including two being sponsored by me. Hop on over to the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge Blog for all the information.

For this challenge, a bunch of sponsors generously donated images for the DT to use to create birthday cards. I created one card for each sponsor on this post.

My first card I created a card using the digital stamp Feeling Spoilt from All Dressed Up Stamps.

I had so much fun coloring this image in with some Copic Markers and adding a sentiment from my stash.

I added a touch of sparkle to the Martini with Stickles. I totally know who I am going to give this card too.

All Dressed Up

For my second card, I used the cupcake image from the digital stamp set "Cupcake Kisses" from Crafty Scrappers. She created this set as the prize especially for Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #600

I colored in the image using Copic Markers. I then added some Glossy Accents over the top of the sprinkles and flower centers.

I adhered the image over some pattern paper and an orange scrap paper border to complete the card.

For my third card, I used a monster stamp from the digital stamp set by Last Minute Manda-More Monsters Under the Bed

This monster was one of my favorites from all of my cards. I love the image and had a blast coloring it with Copic markers.

I die cut the image out and then placed it in a polaroid frame. I then layered it over some yellow pattern paper. The fun sentiment was from my stash. Isn't this card so cute?

Last Minute Manda

My next card was created using one of the drinks from the Mirtillamente digital stamp set Cake and Gifts.

Once again I used Copic Markers to color in the image and added some fun details in with Glossy Accents and Stickles.

I distressed the edges and layered it over some blue cardstock. This card is simple but LOVE how it came out..

Mirtillamente

My last card I used the image A Curious Cake from The Paper Shelter for my card.

I colored the fun cake in using various shades of Copic markers. I added some Blue and Orange Peel Stickles over some of the frosting and in the candles for a little sparkle.

I fussy cut the cake out and used foam adhesive to pop it up over an ink blended background. I added a sentiment from my stash and some gems to complete the card.

Cupcake Inspirations Challenge Celebration-Challenge #600

Happy Monday everyone!!!

I am popping in with my post for the NEW challenge over at Cupcake Inspirations Challenge Blog. Challenge #600 is a MILESTONE. The THEME of this round is HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! For my second card, I used the candle image from the digital stamp set "Cupcake Kisses" from Crafty Scrappers. She created this set as the prize especially for Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #600

I enlarged the candle and then copied it to make some rows. This originally covered the entire card front BUT my Copic marker burped and I had to cut the panel down. Happy accidents!!

I colored in all the candles using Copic Markers and added some Orange Peel Stickles in each of the candle flames. The sentiment, also from the prize set, was popped up using some foam adhesive.

For my third card, I used a monster stamp from the digital stamp set by Last Minute Manda-More Monsters Under the Bed

I had a lot of fun coloring this fun monster in, fussy cutting it out and layering it over some pattern paper scraps.

The sentiment is from Concord and 9th and was lying about in my "unused" pile. I think this card would be fun to send to someone at any age that needs a pick me up.

Last Minute Manda

My next card was created using one of the drinks from the Mirtillamente digital stamp set Cocktails.

Once again I used Copic Markers to color in the image. The sentiment is from Mirtillamente Happy Birthday No. 2 Sentiment set

I used foam adhesive to adhere the stamped panel to some orange pattern paper and a lace border.

My last card I used the image A Curious Cake from The Paper Shelter for my card.
