Tis the Season

Hi friends!! It has been a long time that I have sat down to just make a card for myself, using whatever I wanted. Today I did some cleaning and decided to take a time out create a card for two different challenges.

I created this for this weeks Freshly Made Sketches #512 and The Color Throwdown #669.

I started by doing a bit of ink blending with Chipped Sapphire and Prized Ribbon Distress Ink. I then used a new stencil that I received from Stamperia. My last step was to use Gold Color Shine, Picket Fence and Prize Ribbon Distress Spray Stain.

I used Spellbinders November 2021 Small Die of the Month Club for my ornament. I die cut the ornament out of white and gold cardstock. I used some navy gems for some fun on my ornamnet.

My pine boughs and Typed Christmas sentiment are from Hello Bluebird and the foiled strips are from a DCWV foiled paper pad.

I had SO MUCH FUN creating this card!!! I am so into blue and gold at this moment. I wish I could make it my color scheme but I am not willing to spend money on new ornament.

I am looking forward to seeing my daughter this week. She is coming home on Tuesday and I have not seen her since October. This week is going to be so busy!!! I am having my family and Chris at Thanksgiving this year after not seeing anyone last year.

Well, that is all from me. I want to thank you for taking the time to stop by!!! Have a FABULOUS day!!

New Cupcake Inspiration Challenge Fall Foliage #532

Hello my crafty friends!! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!!!

Today I am popping in with a fall card that I created for this weeks Cupcake Inspiration Challenge.

The next two weeks it is a theme challenge-FALL FOLIAGE. My card is more fall plants as the Sunflower and pumpkin are "fall" oriented.

Our sponsor this month is PJMoore Illustrations. The owner generously gave us a couple of digital stamps to use. This one is called "Bear with Pumpkin and Sunflower."

Isn't it the CUTEST? I colored it in with Copic markers and then used some retired dies from MFT to frame my little bear. The pattern paper is from Lawn Fawn's 6 by 6 Watercolor Rainbow paper pad.

Please hop on over to the Cupcake Inspiration Challenge to play with us this week. I cannot wait to see what you create!!

I want to thank everyone for stopping by. Have a FABULOUS day!!

Coffee Lovers Blog Hop with CAS-ual Fridays Stamps

Hello everyone!!

This is my second post for the day for the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop Fall/Winter 2021. I created a card using CAS-ual Fridays Stamps Coffee Products

I created my background by blending Antique Linen Distress Ink and misting with Old Paper and Antique Linen Distress Stain.

I then stenciled over the top with Vintage Photo Distress Ink using the CAS-Fridays By the Beans Stencil. I stamped the sentiment using the CAS-Fridays Cup of Coffee stamp set and brown dye ink.

I adhered a teal die cut coffee cup die cut using the CFS Coffee Cup Die. I added some Glossy Accents over the brown "coffee" in the cup.

That is all from me today. Be sure to go over to the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop Fall/Winter 2021 for all the details to enter to win some FABULOUS Prizes!!!

Got Coffee???-A Shaker Card with Kat Scrappiness!

Welcome to my blog!

Kat Scrappiness is pleased to be a returning super sponsor for the Coffee Lover’s Blog Hop for the Fall/Winter 2021. As a design team member, I’m thrilled to show you a project I created using some of the Kat Scrappiness “Coffee” related products. Kat Scrappiness currently has over 100 Coffee themed products available here!

I started my card by ink blending Festive Berries and Walnut Stain Distress Ink over the background. I then flicked three colors of mist over the top.

While the background was drying, I used the Kat Scrappiness Layered Coffee Cup Die to die cut the coffee cup out of Neenah White Cardstock and Kat Scrappiness red Rainbow Confetti Slimline paper. I used Festive Berries Distress Ink to blend the coffee warmer and adhered all the pieces of the cup together.

I also cut out the sentiment from brown cardstock using Kat Scrappiness's Got Coffee die.

I set my coffee cup and sentiment aside and made a flat shaker card. I used the Coffee Bean Sprinkles as my shaker element. I then adhered the card together as shown.

Remember, *everything* in our “CoffeeCategory is 15% off from NOV 12-19TH. As an added bonus we will include EVERYTHING else on our site as well!!!! Use coupon code: “FWCOFFEEHOP” for 15% off your order.

A Belated Birthday Using the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #531-Week 2

Hey Crafty Friends!! I hope you are all doing well.

Today I am back with a belated birthday card I created using this weeks Cupcake Inspirations Color Challenge #531.

We were to use the colors Tangerine, Brown and Blue.

I started off by die cutting blue cardstock with a Stamp Market Die.

I layered a jar and flowers from The Greetery. I used Kat Scrappiness Sparkling Snow Pearls for the middle of the flowers of the hydrangeas.

The little bird is from Paper Trey Ink. I printed the sentiment out myself from the computer.

I hope you come and play with us this week at the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #531. I cannot wait to see what you create.

That is all from me today. I want to thank you for taking the time to stop by. Have a FABULOUS day!!
